Vertical presentations in deeper water have become very popular at Pyramid Lake early and late in the season. When the water is warmer and the fish are a little deeper these flies will help to get you down to the fish. We fish them much like a jig with a conventional rod. Right no the bottom. These flies are a must for float tube, pontoon boats or anything that puts you in deeper water early and late in the season.
The Tui Chewy got its name in June of 2023. This new fly was absolutely crushing big fish for us last year. We decided to offer it to the public in our best three colors.
